International admissions are run by the International Students Directorate (Uluslararası Öğrenciler Müdürlüğü). Its "Başvuru ve Kayıt Şartları" page publishes the documents required for associate and bachelor applications and for final registration, but it does not publish eligibility categories, accepted entrance examinations with minimum scores, quotas or application dates — the Directorate's "Yönerge ve Esaslar", "YÖS" and "Online Kayıt" pages all currently read "Sayfa güncellenmektedir" (page is being updated). Applicants who have sat a foreign-student examination in Türkiye may submit the result; the university runs its own exam, ESYÖS, and publishes a list of universities that recognise it.
